A Japanese expression meaning "it's up to you" or "chef's choice"
The idea being that when you walk into a sushi ya, the chef will always know what's best that day. If you are willing to trust him, than he will guide you to the best pieces of the day.
Traditional omakase is served individually, piece by piece, using the best ingredients of the day.
We combine both our favorite traditional recipes as well as more modern flavors for a unique dining experience.
Omakase is available for dine in guests, on tue and thursday. It is possible to book mondays, but we ussually have a more limited assortment of fish. 2 person minimum to order full menu.
